SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING

We ship worldwide and delivery is provided by FedEx. A signature may be required upon delivery. Please note that all orders shipped out of the European Union may be subject to border/custom fees. These fees must be paid by the client. If the client refuses to pay these fees, the product will be returned to us and all funds will be refunded except for shipping fees.​

RETURNS

We accept returns within 14 days of the original purchase, in its original condition *.

*The shipping fee for returning are for the buyer. This only applies if the purchased toy is unusable, damaged.

    • When emailing us regarding returning the product, please state your invoice or order number.

    ORDERS DAMAGED, LOST OR DELIVERED LATE

    Although we try our best to get orders delivered as fast as possible, sometimes we encounter delays that are outside of our control. We rely on third-party shippers such as TNT and FedEx to deliver your order in good condition. Items that have been damaged or lost in transit will be replaced at no additional charge. This may first require an insurance claim to be filed and approved, the exact procedure will depend on the value of the allegation.
