Unless arriving damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
- Custom or personalized orders
Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
* Although we try our best to get orders delivered as fast as possible, sometimes we encounter delays that are outside of our control. We rely on third-party shippers such as TNT and FedEx to deliver your order in good condition. Items that have been damaged or lost in transit will be replaced at no additional charge. This may first require an insurance claim to be filed and approved, the exact procedure will depend on the value of the allegation.
